Matt, is there a max card size the LS can access?

There should be no size limit it you format the SD card with exFAT formatting. I just tried it and it works. NTFS formatting is not compatible with the LS. I wouldn't expect there to be much of an advantage to getting a card with a fast write speed spec.

OK, when I went update, a few days ago, it asked me if I wanted to make a backup of all my work, I pressed (yes) and it proceeded. Then, it told me that there was not enough room. So, my SD card is getting full?
So, I'm thinking about things... What is the best way to fully backup all the jobs in the LS? And, I want to buy a larger SD micro card, (I think the 1 second rate of storage, for PPK is filling things faster) and, such.
So, I want a FAST way to simply backup all the surveys in the LS, and buy a larger Micro SD card. Can you recommend a brand, or type?

Thanks.

I use archive to archive each project which I store on my computer with my CAD files. It produces a zip file of the project that can be unpacked on the LS as if the project were always there. It's better than simply importing a text file, because survey points remain survey points if you ever unpack the zip file.

If you are creating backups each time you update the LS you have probably filled all the storage with backups. I would start by deleting the old backups found on the SD card.

After Shawn talked me through updating my T2's firmware (wasn't getting the GLONASS corrections) which solved it (Thank you Shawn!) he also said I didn't really need to be keeping restore point backups, so I too am going go back and clean out the older backups as well.
