H#ll, I don't know
Right...
Set one of the white boxes in the stake screen to "Accept As". Then, when you take the shot on your stake, if you are ready to store it, press the "Accept As" white box instead of the normal green "Accept" button. Then you can name it whatever you want. If you press Accept, then J-Field gets to name it, and J-Field is going to name a Design point the next point name. This design point is going to be perfectly on line between your two points. Then it's going to store (inside the design point) a survey point where you actually were. When you export, it's going to export the design point and the survey point of the design point. It's going to look at your export settings and it will append the Design point name with either STK_ or it will add a numeric value (default is 1000). In this case, you have it set to use the text default STK_. You can keep using it this way, just set it to export the surveyed point with a numeric prefix (like 1000) and then you'll have the perfect point 34 and the surveyed point 1034. Or you can use the Accept As button I described above and get just the survey point which will be 34 but you won't have the designed perfect point. Works how you want. Good luck.
