I am pretty sure something is up at least with the T2 base update. When I had it loaded and tried to connect to the T2 with my android the android screen would just go black. Multiple repeats at this. Back out to stable and that at least works. But I still suspect the whole update in general since I can not access my radio at all any more.

I also suspect some of this may have to do with me having the older unit. LS#335 and T2#292. This has pricked me before. Not sure but the radio maybe this time too.

Did you try downloading the firmware from the Javad website and picking update firmware from file? One of the two firmwares listed above may be the fix. There is a firmware for the older version of the T2 and one for the newer version. I recommend trying it.

It could be that the Bluetooth channels on the Triumph 2 got switched. It's rare, but can happen and will prevent proper Bluetooth connection. It's unrelated to the firmware. You need to hook it up and let the development team sort it out tomorrow night. You'll need team viewer software on your computer and have T2 connected to USB port on the pc. As Matt said have radio on and LS on RAMS also.

Shawn that makes sense. Now the way the various parts are responding though makes me think it may be the radio that switched. Does that sound possible. I can not seem to connect to it any how now. Also Note I am at the other side of 4 updates. LS, T2, HPT901BT, and Netview. During the various steps I was prompted to update the Netview on the pc, I did. I was checking the settings for the TCP connection trying to get some RTK when the radio quit connecting. Now I was originally able to bluetooth to both T2, and radio with the windows 10 Netview but something switched there and I can not do that now. And it looks to be related. The Com ports seemed to keep incrementing up in netview to like com7 and the software then said not available.....

So now how do I get team software on the pc?

Ok the bluetooth issue was as you described and your fix did get my base, rover, and radio talking.
But still have multiple issues happening that seem directly linked to the update.

I can't user interact through the base setup...it seems to auto start and alocate a store point and my interaction no effect.

error when connecting: "Can't find base point in DB"
errors when starting base: "Can't start correction streams"
"Can't start output stream"
But I go to collect and do have a fix. The base move button does not show data but line "----" "----" "----".
And moving it does not return a message.

Turning off this notification does not help the setup issues. Are the same.

When I batch export the job it ends with message "error". and my raw data files are not in the dump.

I was greeted with this message when I started the base this morning, just after pressing Store point and start base.

I pressed OK, then the green Connect button, and the Stop Base button was available, indicating that the base was indeed started. RTK was fixed, so I ran with it all day. Upon stopping the base, I found out that it did not record any raw file, so DPOS and PPK are not available, but I have what appear to be good RTK shots. I should have checked to make sure the recording light was lit, but I didn't.

I'm not sure I want to put this unit online for the support team to troubleshoot just yet. I have deadlines looming, and I can't afford to be without it right now. As long as it keeps working, I may keep running it as it is.
